People first.
Then the technology.

A useful tool fits the working day. We start with the habits, responsibilities, and constraints of the people who will use it.

01

Understand the work

Our sociology background shapes the questions we ask: Who keeps the records? Where do handovers break down? What makes a new tool difficult to adopt? These questions guide what we build.

02

Make the useful part simple

We focus on concrete tasks, such as recording a sale, checking an outstanding payment, or preparing an order recap. Clear language and familiar workflows help people understand what to do next.

03

Keep people in control of AI

We use AI to assist development. Our planned product features include Bahasa Indonesia questions about business records and operational summaries. We intend to ground answers in authorized records and require approval before data changes.

04

Learn from actual use

Our next step is to evaluate selected workflows with UMKM owners and staff. We plan to measure administrative time, record completeness, reconciliation effort, and whether people can complete key tasks independently.

Rooted in Indonesia. Built with people in mind.

Bandung, Indonesia

Bejokasep is an independent technology venture bringing together a background in sociology and hands-on software development.

We are developing tools for Indonesia's micro, small, and medium enterprises, known as UMKM. Our starting points are specific: a shop's daily transactions, a community's weekly distribution, and the records that help people follow their work.

Our ambition is to make useful software more accessible to small businesses with limited time and administrative capacity. We aim to earn that role through usable products, feedback, and evidence from real settings.
